01

How it works

Each Discord channel maps to a specialist role. Every request becomes a thread with its own persistent Pi agent session, while long-term memory stays separate for each specialist. Idle sessions stop and pick up later with their context intact.

02

Least privilege

Ordinary specialists run without filesystem or shell access. They only get purpose-built tools with bounded inputs, outputs and side effects, and reach external services through constrained helpers or narrowly scoped MCP servers. One deliberately privileged specialist handles maintenance.

03

In daily use

It runs on my NAS with specialists for areas such as cooking, finance, gardening, travel and job-search preparation. The job-search coach can also generate decks for a private, spaced-repetition interview practice app.

04

Shared as a blueprint

The public repository documents the architecture, security model and operations without publishing production code, credentials or private data. A privacy check runs on every push.
